Apricot Ice Cream

Apricot Ice Cream

1 cup unsweeted apricot puree
1 cup raw sugar
1 cup rich milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup heavy cream

Combine apricot puree, sugar, milk, lemon juice, and salt. Fold heavy
cream in mixture. Freeze.
