Crunchy Beef Bake Casserole

1 (7oz.) package elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can whole tomatoes, cut up
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can (3oz) French's French Fried Onions

Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Brown ground beef; drain. Combine all ingredients into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Add 1/2 can onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. 4-6 servings.
