Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

1 can (15oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1 can (12oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. butter or margarine., melted
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream for topping

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Transfer to crockpot coated with vegetable spray. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Serve in bowls with whipped cream, if desired.
